The Faleke's & Washington Solutions LLC is a separate for-profit entity from W.A.V.E. nonprofit. This structure allows the LLC to engage in commercial contracts, merchandise, and earned income that the nonprofit legally cannot.
A portion of the LLC's earnings supports W.A.V.E — West African Vision & Empowerment — funding farm training, pastoral equipping, and displaced Christian relief in Nigeria. For-profit work enabling nonprofit impact.
Compliance note: For-profit merchandise and commercial services are offered through this LLC only — not through W.A.V.E. nonprofit. Donors to W.A.V.E. support charitable mission. Commercial clients engage the LLC. Both work together toward the same vision of community empowerment and displaced people support.
